Levels 6 - 7 Teen / Adult Levels

TUESDAY (Black Belt) : Kobudo: Bo Kata / Kata Naihanchi Shodan / Wankan
WEDNESDAY : Kobudo (Taditional House) / Naihanchi Shodan
THURSDAY: (Beginner): Introduction to Naihanchi Shodan
