Beginner / High Beginner: June 22-26
We are so excited to welcome our 2026 Campers beginning this week.
Our Karate Camps are not just a time for fun, but, rather, it is a time of immense growth within the curriculum. ALL Campers will be learning the equivalent of two months of material - in just ONE Week. The experience is worth 8 class credits - moving the students toward their next belt rank much faster.

NOTE: Advanced and Intermediate Campers have received their welcome emails. Beginner campers will receive theirs this week.
Weekly Curriculum
Levels 1 - 4 : Karate Club Levels
MONDAY and TUESDAY : Combatives and Kihon (Front Stance / Middle Block / Full Step)
WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY (Level 1 & 4) : Kumite
Level 5 : Junior Advanced Level
Monday : Kobudo (traditional house) / Kata Review (Nidan)
Wednesday: Kumite
Levels 6 - 7 Teen / Adult Levels
MONDAY : Kihon and Kumite
TUESDAY (Black Belt) : Kumite and Kicking
WEDNESDAY : Kumite and Kicking Techniques
THURSDAY BEGINNER : Kihon, Kata Review, Possible Kumite
