30 Minutes of Sweat!

Our amazing Women's KBX program began after a few karate parents requested a Kickboxing Fitness group… for them. 15 years later…the KBX program is better than ever!

We offer seasonal challenges to help the women of our dojo stay focused and strong!

Our Current Challenges:

Fall 2023 : Nov 1 - December 15

Winter 2024 : January 8 - February 28

Each class is only 30 minutes…and will leave you exhausted!

It’s appropriate for all fitness levels! To join us - just register for the challenge group you are interested and I will take it from there!

PS: Don’t worry about gear when you start! Just bring yourself, some water and some comfy workout clothes!
